Where has June Gone?

Carrie, Tauni and I ran the Myton Daze 5K this morning. We had a great time. We are glad we did it. Each one of us placed and got a gift card. I missed Tony not being there since he had to work, but I appreciate my two brothers helping me out with my kids so I could do it!

Mom and I took a girls trip to St. Louis last week to visit my sister Jessica and her husband Puck. Tony volunteered to take the kids for the week and dad did't feel well enough to go. We had a blast. We went up to Navuoo and Carthidge Jail and did a session in the temple. We toured and had a great time. We went shopping, laid out at the pool and enjoyed each others company. My other sister Jen and her husband came down as well, since Zach had some meetings. We ate at the Chessecake Factory and yummy.

Tony survived with the kids and dad held down the fort at the office. It was great to just get away!

The First part of June we took a little family trip to Denver. We took the kids to the Zoo and ESPN Zone and played games, then the next day we went shopping, Kung Fu Panda and swimming at the hotel. Later that night, we took the kids to the Rockies game. The beat the Giants big time. Weston and Tony were in heaven. They got autographs of 4 Giants and then they did fantasy broadcasting of an inning. Alexa talked the whole time about anything but baseball and Ty just wanted food. We had a great time with each other, oh and when we went to checkout, Ty had charged about $50 of movies and music on our bill, I am glad the hotel let us out of that one- they realized they were each on 2 minutes at a time (thanks to T taking a nap while I took the other kids swimming :))

Yeah I am so happy for you for running. What a great accomplishment I need to get going again. Looks like you had tons of fun on your trips. I am so glad that we got to go to lunch while I was up.

Wow! What a month for you. I am so impressed you ran a 5K. Everyone seems to be doing it these days. Good thing I don't follow the crowd, it might kill me.
Sounds like St. Louis was a blast and Denver too.
